Influence 09:
On the 1st-3rd October, we are proud to be hosting the 2009 Vineyard NZ National Conference Influence with guest speaker Christy Wimber.
Influence 09 will be held at Wellington Girls College, Pipitea St, Thorndon, which is very close to Capital Vineyard. (see map at bottom of page)
The theme of Influence 09 is “the presence and the power” and it is open to anyone, not just those who are part of the Vineyard church.
Christy Wimber is the daughter in law of John Wimber, the founder of the Vineyard Church movement. She is a skilled leader and exceptional conference speaker and has a powerful prophetic gift. We know you will be very blessed as God uses her to bless, challenge and call us forward.
Creche facilites will be available in a classroom adjacent to the Conference hall, while children’s activities will be held in one of the school’s gymnasiums. Capital Vineyard’s premises are only a 5 minute walk away, and this is where the youth events will be held.
The Wellington waterfront is 10 minutes walk and there are an abundance of cafes nearby!

If you are wondering where to stay and the provided accommodation options are full we would advise looking at hotels in Thorndon. Otherwise it is approximately 15-20 minutes walk into town.
